SANDRA WATKINS – PROPERTY MANAGER – Sandra has 40 years’ experience in the property management field. She has managed or supervised the management of hundreds of rental units over the past 40 years. The staff has experience managing hundreds of rental units and decades of experience in mediating landlord-tenant issues that ensures that problems are resolved efficiently, diplomatically and reliably with the goal of providing the highest possible level of management services to our clients.S

Monica

MONICA BEANE – ACCOUNTING MANAGER – Monica has been managing business accounts for 32 years and is proficient in all aspects of property management accounting, payroll, billing, collections and the fundamentals of QuickBooks.

Red

DAVID ECTON -TECHNICIAN – Dave (Red) served in the military for 22 years. After military service he has worked for 17 years in the home improvement industry. Red has expertise in door replacement, deck work, light electrical and plumbing as well as miscellaneous home improvement experience

Wayne

WAYNE STYLES – TECHNICIAN -Wayne has 17 years’ experience in general home remodeling and improvements. He specializes in drywall, painting, tile work, carpentry, siding and flooring.
